When you set a goal for yourself you need to have several specific factors in place.
Most people know what these factors are. You need to be specific, you need to set a date for its realization, you need to take daily action towards its attainment, you need to ask for support and make yourself accountable to someone other than yourself. There are other things that can make it easier as well but there are TWO (2) main things I find that people often miss that can make all the difference in the world in helping you keep your motivation…can you guess what they are??
1. Totally painful consequence if you DONT make your goal
2. Incredibly satisfying reward if you DO make your goal
